Incentivos Fiscales en Iberoamérica en Tiempos de COVID-19

In times of COVID-19, countries across the world are introducing a myriad of response and stimulus packages including costly and (often) ineffective tax incentives to mitigate the economic downturn triggered by the pandemic. The second in a series of two virtual seminars co-organized by CEP and the GLOBTAXGOV Project (Leiden University) explored the measures taken by Ibero-American countries – the first seminar “Tax Incentives in Developing Economies in Times of COVID-19” was held in English.

The seminar (in Spanish), which was held on Wednesday July 1 2020 (4pm-6pm CEST), featured Santiago Diaz de Sarralde (CIAT), Eleonora Lozano (UniAndes), Irma Mosquera Valderrama (GLOBTAXGOV and Leiden university) and Marta Villar (USP-CEU), and was moderated by CEP fellow Agustin Redonda.
